It was my second time getting waxed and the staff at Wax Candy were so nice and accommodating! I got a eyebrow wax and a BALLzilian and my attendant and I were just giggling the whole time which made the experience a lot less awkward. A cozy spot downtown, I love that there is a local business that I can support!

I can't believe I haven't written a review for this place yet. I have been going for over a year now. This place is amazing. The customer service is always great! The prices are competitive. There is metered street parking. The restrooms are clean. They are fast and great!

place is always clean, staff always friendly. extremely easy to make and cancel appointments online. Issa is a literal godsend, she gave the most painless Brazilian i have ever gotten. I was actually falling asleep at one point - that's how comfortable it was. Normally i would gatekeep but she deserves so much credit!!!!

Perfect perfect perfect !!! I usually schedule with Rinda! Absolutely recommend if you enjoy a nice chat to distract you from the pain. Lol

The only thing that sucks is that it is Difficult to find parking!

I came here for the first time a couple weeks ago and I loved it. Jen is so nice makes you feel 100% comfortable ! Which I totally loved.
I will definitely be booking my next appointment this week.

Had a great experience! Prices are reasonable and the space is very clean. Appreciate that they don't double dip in the wax. Tricia was really friendly and thorough. Give yourself extra time for parking in DTLA.
